A smoker of this extract would use from five to six grams daily. She is considered to smoke in excess when he burns about double this quantity.

This dross ofiem extract is admitted by smokers to be stronger in effect than chondoo, so that to the pyridine bases, ammonia, hydrocganic acid, and such-like substones this strenght must be attributed, rather then to the morphine which has been shown to be present in very much less amount than in the smoke of chandoo.
